ERP Manager - Navision - Madison, Wi - $100k - Remote

Our client is a Dynamics NAV end user in the manufacturing sector with a well-established IT department that is continuing to grow and make improvement efforts on their ERP system! They are looking for an ERP Manager who will work closely with various IT Product Managers on systems administration, user support, data analysis, and upgrade projects.

Your new role will involve:

Lead support efforts on the organization's NAV ERP
Develop reports, pages, and customizations
Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the external Microsoft VAR
Troubleshoot system errors
Provide training to users on NAV processes
Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems such as EDI and E-Ship

What you'll need:

Experience with Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
Functional knowledge of the finance and production modules
Experience with generating reports using SQL databases is preferred
Systems Administration background with the ability to troubleshoot system errors and help with server setup/support
The ability to communicate well with users as well as non-technical personnel
