Night Owl Support Systems, LLC (NOSS) is a service provider for people of all abilities. Unlike traditional service providers, NOSS specializes in using technology in people’s homes, which is connected to a call center that monitors people’s safety and well-being. In the event that someone needs assistance, NOSS responders are able to respond physically.

Night Owl is looking for qualified, energetic employees who want to make a difference in people's lives, and work for a growing company. Full and Part-Time Positions Available.

?️Our supports run 24/7, so employee schedules cover all times of day/night.

Pay Rate & Compensation

Weekend wages range from $15-$19 & weekday wages range from $14-$18, based on the position and shift.

Bonuses available after 6 months and 1 year of employment, up to $1000 total.

Benefits available for Full-Time employees (health insurance, dental, vision, PTO)

?Monitors?

Monitors work at the NOSS Monitoring Station (call center), monitoring the technology in homes to assure people are safe and secure. This involves alarm handling, good interpersonal skills and the ability multi-task.

?Responders?

Responders complete their shift at a site designated by NOSS (central location for the homes they will be supporting). Responders are dispatched from the site to a person’s home when a physical response is needed. Some responders go out on scheduled rotations to various homes to assure the people are settled for the night and if they need any assistance. This position requires a valid driver's license.
