As a Full Time Floating Financial Services Representative, you will be required travel to different Altra locations in WI (Onalaska, West Salem, Holmen and La Crosse-Losey & Festival) and MN (La Crescent, Winona, and Rochester) on an as-needed basis to fill in at those offices where and when assistance is needed. The Floating Financial Services Representatives home base will be at the La Crosse, Losey Blvd. office. Candidates are required to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Altra Products & Services include: Checking, Savings, Certificates, IRAs, Trust accounts, Consumer loans w/protection product add-ons,2nd Mortgages, insured loan products, credit cards, Savings Bonds, gift cards, Notary services and more.

A High School diploma, GED or HSED is required. A two-year degree in business, finance or related field is preferred. Financial Services background would be a plus. A minimum of one (1) year sales, customer service and financial services experience is required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills are required. Candidates must be comfortable working as part of a team and have the ability to multi-task and be flexible to the needs of the office are essential. Must be a problem solver, capable of analyzing information, gathering facts, and forming recommendations for decisions or making decisions where appropriate.

This position will be 40 hours per week and will require flexibility within posted office hours for our WI and MN offices; hours will be scheduled between 6:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and will be in the rotation on Saturdays working in the Onalaska branch, typically about once every 6 weeks.
