Administrative/Assistant

Total Grain Services is seeking an experienced accounting/office assistant to enter scale tickets in our Agvision Grain Program, Accounting in Quickbooks(payables & receivables), bank reconciliations, handle customer concerns, be able to keep track of grain purchased and month end reporting in our excel programs. You will also need to monitor grain sold through reporting and matching of tickets.

Skills needed: Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Agvision (willing to train), good communication & people skills
