difference. Summary: Provide direction, motivation and development of
teams who provide program and project management expertise and
consultation to the Client Advocacy business line, in order to meet
department and cross department goals. Provide direct leadership,
strategic and operational direction to others, ensuring that operations
are running efficiently, within budget and business outcomes are met.
This role has accountably for the performance and results of the team,
ensures that work is aligned to department and enterprise priorities,
and contributes to business plans and organizational priorities.
Responsible for identifying gaps, standard processes, proactive
solutions and resolves technical or operational challenges. Explore
potential solutions, recommend and implement the most appropriate course
of action or solution. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Advise the
overall accountabilities of individuals involved with business
program/project management and ensures outcomes and results of those
individuals. Accountable for ensuring operational plans are aligned with
departmental and business objectives. Integrate knowledge and business
priorities to help resolve challenging, cross-organizational problems,
spanning multiple priorities or departments. Participate in functional
management to ensure optimum effectiveness and quality by leading
adherence to strategies, goals, budgets, operating policies and
procedures. Oversee program and project management teams, integrate
staff from various functions, lead and participates in large-scale,
sophisticated cross-departmental/functional projects while maintaining
an enterprise perspective. Responsible for handling scope, risk,
business value, schedule and budget. Conduct analysis to identify and
understand the scope and nature of a business and/or system problem.
Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives through key
project management responsibilities that include building the project
requirements and handling project constraints of cost, time, scope, and
client satisfaction. Act as a liaison to facilitate an understanding and
partnership between business clients. Manage the resources and vendors
assigned to projects by verifying progress and removing obstacles.
Identify and implement alternative options in the development and
improvements for new policies and processes. Build and roll out new
processes and systems that help realize efficiencies and cost savings.
Identify and solves a range of sophisticated, operational and
organizational problems; analyzes possible solutions and assesses if and
how to implement, developing a recommended approach. Responsible for a
