Title: IT Sales Manager/ Sales Director Job Description Wisdom InfoTech is an IT services company specializing in IT consulting and services. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record of $2-5 million in annual staffing sales. Candidates should have 5+ years of IT Staffing and services sales experience working with onshore and offshore teams. The responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients and accounts through email, phone, and on-site visits
  • Identify new opportunities by leveraging your own book of business, networking, cold calling, and visiting prospective clients (hiring managers, HR directors, VP's and CIO's) within the IT department
  • Meet with consultants, hiring managers, and internal resource managers regularly to review progress, understand client expectations and needs, and address any concerns or issues with management
  • Utilize web-based recruiting tools (e.g. LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks to identify new business opportunities
  • Track and update all activities in Salesforce.com
  • Negotiate the terms of agreements, billing rates, etc. with prospective clients
  • Communicate with hiring managers and the recruiting team throughout the recruiting and hiring process to ensure our clients' needs are being fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Meet and exceed productivity and quarterly goals
  • 3-5 years of related experience in staffing or technology service-based companies
  • Previous cold calling, appointment setting, and phone experience
  • History of professional sales success
  • A college degree or 3-5 years of equivalent related business experience
  • Excellent organization, time management, and creative thinking skills
  • A love for competing and winning
  • Attention to detail both verbal and written
  • A sense of urgency and a sense of humor
  • Great interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
