Role DescriptionIntelliScript’s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. In this role, you will have responsibility for IntelliScript’s tiered test strategy, acting as a quality advocate within the development team. You will build and integrate automated test routines into the CI/CD pipelines, with results and metrics published via Azure DevOps. The Quality Assurance Engineer will emphasize data driven, incremental improvements to our quality strategy – while also helping to perform existing manual testing. You will collaborate on IntelliScript’s transition from manual to automated testing, making key contributions to our DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

Contribute to team planning and analysis of software development projects
Test planning and manual test execution – exploratory, functional, smoke, and regression testing
Design and build automated tests to help elevate the quality of our products and development efforts
Support release cycles with pre and post release testing and coordination
Collaborate with your teammates and be an advocate for quality and testing across the entire software development life cycle

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in automated and manual testing (related degrees / certifications a plus)
Strong experience testing C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET applications, APIs and services
Experience with full software development lifecycle
Ability to ramp up quickly on both new technologies and existing technologies
Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
Excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication
Self-motivated team player who can run with a project and is willing to pitch in as needed

LocationIntelliScript is headquartered in the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI. This position is open to remote work, with the exception of Colorado residents. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed.
