Role DescriptionIntelliScript’s Information Technology has been a key part of our success and is critical to our future. As a Software Developer, you will contribute to the continued growth and enhancement of the systems that drive value for our clients. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and improve software
• Manage project priorities, deadlines and deliverables
• Follow established company standards and best practices
• Focus on overall product quality
• Take initiative and be responsible for technical solutions business challenges
• Participate in code reviews
• Work well independently as well as with a team

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience (related education & certifications a plus)
• Strong experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Experience with full software development lifecycle
• Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices
• Excellent collaborative skills, with strong written and verbal communication
• Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements
• Self-motivated team player who can run with a project and is willing to pitch in as needed

Preferred (Not Required)

• Continued education and/or advanced degree(s)
• Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
• Experience in software-as-a-service, actuarial science and/or insurance underwriting industry

LocationIntelliScript is headquartered in the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI. This position is open to remote work, with the exception of Colorado residents. Applicants must be willing to travel to the Milliman office in Brookfield, WI as needed.
