Release Manager

As the Release Manager, you will take accountability for the release management lifecycle of our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. You will develop and manage release management and testing capability to support continuous upgrades and releases of D365 while ensuring that the operations are not disrupted by the system changes. Key to this role is your Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience in an implementation role and operating a Change and Release Management process. You will need to be highly organized, detail orientated and self-motivated with a proven track record of working collaboratively across various teams with varying objectives.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Support and mentor D365 resources to understand the change and release management processes to ensure consistent delivery• Create a clearly defined plan/process for release deployments.• Create a backups of the Dynamics 365 Instance, validate all components are imported successfully • Perform Automated testing of User Interfaces• Research and make recommendations for integration automation tools and process.• Make the relevant configurations. For example, configuring URLs of external APIs.• Review and communicate new Features with systems users to determine feasibility.• Configure and Test new features released in D365 environment• Mentor/Assist Business Unit members of the team in testing.• QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.• 5+ years' IT experience• Excellent communication, customer service, problem-solving, mentoring• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations • Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and practices,• Define, implement, and govern the required testing frameworks and processes to ensure efficient changes to D365. • Knowledge of D365 Testing U.I. and Integrations• Available for off-hour work on a scheduled basis
