About  the role: 

We are looking for a Trainer to join our established L&D team!This is an exciting opportunity where you will be able to facilitate training material created by our very own content specialists and support new team members through their first few weeks in the business.What will you do:Facilitate approved and up to date training materialCreate a positive and supportive environmentManage new team members and provide coaching where necessaryShare new ideas to help continuously improve the training programProvide reports and data to the Training Delivery LeadEnsure new team members understand all processes and proceduresManage attendance and adherence to schedules
