All Supervisors may rotate weekend general coverage of Ruby Nutrition Services and Chestnut Ridge Hospital (CRH). Supervisors ensure that safety, sanitation and customer service and behavior standards are maintained in the department. CRH supervisor has additional direct patient oversight responsibilitiesMinimum Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Current Monongalia County Food handler Card.- Monongalia County Board of Health Person In Charge (PIC) Training within 30 days of hire.- Two (2) years of high volume food service supervisory experience.-Diet Technician OR Certified Dietary Manager certification within 90 days of hire. (Chestnut Ridge Hospital onlyPlease click on the link below to open and review the detailed job description and minimum qualifications:Supervisor, Nutrition Services Notes to Applicant This mainly retail shift (10:30am-6:30pm, varies) Nutrition Services Supervisor position is responsible for coordinating all food service needs during the afternoon feeding of visitors and employees through the cafeteria as well as patient food service support as needed throughout the late afternoon and early evening hours: exceptional customer service while working in fast paced, direct customer order, and multi-tasking environment based on training and certification of Hospital and Nutrition Department Standards. This position will also work an every other weekend rotation on the 1:30pm-10:00pm shift, varies, which is mainly focused on patient services and cafeteria meal services.
