To provide Home Building Institute (HBI) Certified Construction site/classroom training and issue nationally recognized HBI credentials to Youth Build participants that successfully complete training.Qualifications:Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in related field required. High school diploma and four years' experience in construction management, architecture, or engineering may be substituted for a BA degree.

Experience Required: Two years' experience in construction management or building trades, including supervision required. Two years' experience in HBI instruction is preferred.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration Required: Certified in the Home Building Institute training curriculum.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Special training in HBI Certified Training. Certified to provide training and issue HBI pre-apprenticeship credentials.
