Physical Therapy Assistant - Home Health with Providence in Spokane, WA

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Job Description:

The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled physical therapy services under the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist according to the attending physician's Plan of Care.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited PTA program.

Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.

National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire.

1 year of PTA experience in a supervised clinical setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience as a PTA in a home health care setting.

Experience as a PTA with geriatric patients.
