Hiring staff to support people W developmental disabilities

We are a small local company and we are expanding! We are looking for direct support professional staff people to help enrich the lives of the people that we work with. The people we support have developmental disabilities and sometimes co-occurring mental health issues. They deserve to have people work with them in a caring and compassionate way while maintaining boundaries and focus. You must be ethical, punctual, patient, supportive and able to follow plans while being flexible.

We are currently hiring DSP staff with the potential for a hiring bonus after 90 days of successful employment. We are looking for both full and part time positions as well as on call! We have Monday through Friday swing, Wednesday through Saturday graves, a 4 day a week 10 hour shift and Saturday and Sunday 16 hour shifts currently available.

To qualify for employment you must also meet the following requirements:

Over the age of 18

Pass a criminal FBI fingerprint background check

Have a high school diploma or GED

Have a reliable vehicle as you will transport clients (with reimbursement for mileage)

Have current and continuing vehicle insurance

Have a valid drivers license

As of October 18th, the state of Washington requires you to be vaccinated or have an exemption. We can help you with this process.
