This is a global business and we follow our US Federal clients all over the globe supporting their mission and delivering sustainable/high performance solutions.Position Summary:Reporting to the Army/Air Force Portfolio Sales Director, this Client Account Manager (CAM) position has the principal focus of participating in the refinement of our growth and sales strategy for our U.S. Federal customers throughout the Great Lakes and Ohio River and Mississippi Valley Divisions of the US Army Corps of Engineers, and implementing the same. While the primary focus will be the U.S. Amy and Air Force, the CAM may also support our Civilian Agency portfolio as appropriate. The CAM will serve as an integral liaison to Regional sectors of the company and engage in regional strategy and business pursuits. The CAM will identify opportunities to build and strengthen Jacobs national-level capabilities/opportunities in dam and levee safety for the federal market and create opportunities for the firm to enhance client organic design capability.The position requires the ability to collaborate with and lead various business, engineering, and environmental representatives to develop multi-disciplined, cross functional solutions for our clients. The position also requires a working knowledge of Federal planning, design, construction, procurement, and budgeting processes.A comprehensive understanding of client requirements and challenges is essential to shape solutions that meet their respective needs. This position necessitates contact at all levels of the client organization for the purpose of building relationships, cultivating a deeper understanding our client’s mission priorities and gaps, and facilitating our delivery of key projects and programs.As a senior sales position, this CAM role requires the ability to engage with clients for the identification of business opportunities, and to lead a diverse set of resources in the pursuit of those opportunities. Specific responsibilities include:Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, and maintaining and promoting the Firm’s relationship and position with the client(s)

Identification and prioritization of business opportunities that will lead to consistent growth for the Firm

Assessing project and program requirements, while developing and recommending a sound approach or application to meet the needs of the project and client

Leading the development of the Firm’s win strategy and value proposition related to key pursuits

Building internal and external teams for the successful pursuit and delivery of opportunities

Leading the development of the project fee proposal and coordination with discipline leadership for input

Participating in negotiations with the client

Representing Jacobs in relevant external forums (industry events, conferences, etc.)

The Client Account Manager role requires a diversity of thought and capability. The position will require representing service offerings across the Federal A/E/C markets, including planning and programming, studies, design, construction phase support, operations, and commissioning – all supporting the military construction (MILCON), facility sustainment, restoration, and maintenance (FSRM) programs, and Civil Works programs. Support to Jacobs Federal Environmental Solutions portfolio is also required. United States Citizenship

15+ years of relevant project delivery and program management experience

Strong working knowledge of DOD design and construction requirements and standards

Existing relationships across the Army and Air Force client portfolios

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:Security clearance is preferred, but not required
