Laborer / Carpenter's Apprentice

Laborer for Dovetail General Contractors (Seattle-based, working in Western Washington)

Pay Range: $22-$25/hr depending on experience

Job Description: Dovetail is hiring a general laborer and carpenter’s apprentice. Candidates must be curious, eager to learn, enthusiastic, and willing to bring your best. Opportunities to grow into carpenter and lead carpenter positions.

General Laborer / Carpenter's Apprentice

Team player

Knowledge of building, tools, and materials

General manual labor

Clean and prep construction site

Load and unload machinery, tools, deliveries

Dig and backfill

Provide assistance to craft-workers: carpenters, plasterers, drywallers, other subs

Read and interpret plans, instructions, specifications

Perform other duties as assigned by superintendent

Required Qualifications: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, a clean driving record, punctuality is a must – show up on time every day.
