Hiring Carpenter & Laborer

Looking to hire some guys to help grow a small construction company. I need a carpenter and a laborer to help in the field. Work is different for each project - Siding, windows & doors, decking, concrete, framing, roofing, pressure washing. Some interior work as I can get it.

$20-$35/hr DOE

You will:

Be ready for work each day

Have your tools with you

Be aware of construction phases, materials and compatibility

Be able to solve problems in the field

Be accurate with a tape measure

Have mid level carpentry skills, efficient and you show attention to detail

Have experience with wood and composite decking

Have experience building wood, metal and cable railings

Have knowledge of framing and structure

Believe “good enough” is not acceptable

Be willing to work hard, learn more and get better and what you do each day
