Caulking & Painting Tub & Shower Caulking

Lighting Fixture Repair & Replacement Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Alarm Replacement

Outlet/Switch Trouble Shooting Repair and Replacement

Skilled Handyman Services - Exterior

Siding Repair and Replacement Deck Repair and Replacement

Window & Door Repair and Replacement Roofing Repair

Exterior Lighting Repair & Replacement Exterior Caulking & Painting

Pressure Washing Fence Repair & Replacement

This is a Intermediate + skill level Position - Pay is based on "verifiable" work history and skill level. Must be open to taking direction and learning new skills.
