COMPENSATION:

- Hourly pay is DOE and is negotiable.

- OVERTIME after 8 hrs per day (Other companies only pay OT after 40 hrs per week).

- Periodic Bonuses

- 401k with AUTOMATIC 3% deposited by company each week This is not a match. You don't have to put anything into your retirement account, but Holocene will deposit an amount equal to 3% of your weekly earnings into your 401k. This is in addition to what you earned each week. You are encouraged to make your own contributions as well.

- Paid vacation and 7 paid holidays after first year.

- Average 50 hours paid sick leave per year, starts accruing immediately.

- Per diem paid for occasional out of town work.

- Direct deposit, weekly.

- Training and PPE provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must pass pre-employment and Random DOT drug and alcohol testing;

- Valid Driver license with good driving record, must pass background check;

- Obtain DOT medical card (non-excepted, interstate);

- Strong work ethic and mature safety mentality are a priority;

- Must be 21 or older.

IMMEDIATE BONUS PAID FOR:

- Licensed Pump Installer;
