HAIR STYLIST FULL-TIME (Lux Salon & Spa)

At Lux Salon & Spa our passion is helping our guests to look and feel great by providing quality services in an upscale, and comfortable environment. Our location is centrally located in Tacoma in the James Center Plaza, across the street from Tacoma Community College.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer 2 years experience

Experience with Goldwell Hair Color and Retail

Knowledge of Balayage, Ombre, and Fashion Colors

Proficient at Hair Cutting, and Blow Outs

Strong retail skills and ability to educate guests on at home care products

Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Must have professional appearance and demeanor

Commission compensation:

Level 4 Stylist: 50 to 51%

Level 3 Stylist: 48 to 50%

Level 2 Stylist: 46 to 48%

Level 1 Stylist: 44 to 46%

Retail Commission of 15%
