- Accept receipt of products and ensure that materials are in good condition
- Unpack and check goods received against purchase order or invoices
- Operate effectively in ERP system for goods receipt
- Maintain all records related to incoming goods
- Reject unsatisfactory items as required, and assess the need to file claims with carrier
- Kitting raw material into finished goods using standard operating procedures
- Accept receipt of products and ensure that materials are in good condition
- Verify inventory locations and availability for shipment against requirement specified in work orders
- Kitting smaller components into larger assemblies with great attention to detail
- Document the kitting of assemblies on kit instruction and picklist following GMP guidelines
- Accept receipt of products and ensure that materials are in good condition
- Physically package all outbound shipments to domestic and international customers
- Process customer orders through the shipping software
- Create and process production orders and shipments in ERP system
- Maintain and order shipping supplies
- Participate in cycle counts and assist with reconciliation of item variance
- Fulfill internal orders of consumable lab supplies and reagents
- Manage on-hand inventory and interact with purchasing to ensure enough inventory to meet requirements
- Fulfill internal orders of consumable lab supplies and reagents
- Interact closely with Finance on all inventory related issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, environmental, safety, and hazardous waste regulations
- Complete and maintain required corporate training
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
- 0-2 years of direct work experience in a warehouse environment, managing inventories, receiving, kitting, and shipping customer orders
- Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and constant deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills required
- Prior warehouse and inventory management experience preferred
- Problem solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Professional aptitude, presentation and demeanor
- Quickly learn new skills and adaptable to rapid change
- Teamwork, Respect, integrity, Innovation, and strong customer focus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to change tin a fast-paced environment
- Working experience in the biotech/life science industry is preferred (GMP experience)
- Familiarity with an ERP system desired, preferable Microsoft Navision
- Certification in powered industry trucks (walkie-stacker, forklift) preferred
