Job Description:

High volume real estate team is looking for a Buyer’s Agent who wants to be part of a tight-knit team. We are looking for someone who is self-disciplined, efficient, flexible, trainable, ethical, hard-working, and dynamic – and still knows how to have fun! This is a fast-paced professional environment, committed to continuous professional and personal growth.

TOP FIVE DUTIES:

1. Show homes to buying clients

2. Work with team leader on leads from listings, ads, internet, open houses, database, and personal referrals

3. Participate in lead generation and client care activities

4. Become an expert on the current market: neighborhoods, schools, mortgage financing, and all aspects of purchasing a home

RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

HOLD AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE (Non-Negotiable)

Work evenings, weekends, and be on call (Non-Negotiable). You will have every other Sunday off.

Self-motivated & can manage your own schedule (we expect you to be working 40+ hours per week)

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, are essential. You will be interacting with clients and representing the Team

Ability to manage extensive workloads, multiple client relationships and efficiently problem solve.

Must be customer-service oriented AND a team player

Own reliable transportation

Maintain professional appearance and attitude.

Attend trainings as provided or recommended by Team Leader

Well informed and proficient in the use of technology. Experience with Google Sheets, Windows or Mac. NWMLS system, Transaction Desk and Authentisign

Attend social events and community events the team participates in - we do Client Care Events and donate time to charity

COMPENSATION, SCHEDULE, LOCATION:

Compensation Based on Experience – We LOVE New Agents!

Must have your own car and car insurance

Able to be in Snohomish, King, and/or Island County within 30 minutes – We work primarily in Mukilteo, Bothell, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Everett, Whidbey Island, Camano Island, I5 corridor to Seattle.

Agent is required to pay NWMLS fees (appr. $400/year), Licensing renewal fees, & SUPRA Key

30, 60- & 90-day reviews upon starting employment

No health benefits

Must be willing to have a background check as part of the interview process
