High-performing real estate team seeks driven and creative individual for Interior Design Stager/Warehouse Associate position. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing all aspects of visualization and completion of home staging projects for listed properties. Providing sellers and buyers with a vision that showcases and enhances a property’s natural appeal and style.

Possessing knowledge of design trends with a good sense of balance and composition to make properties look their absolute best for print, online, and in-person marketing.

Customizing design concepts for each property in collaboration with sellers and colleagues.

Managing white glove installation of curated inventory for staged properties.

Exercising consistent collaboration and administrative capabilities with attention to detail and a commitment to effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Effectively managing others to ensure a high level of organization and time sensitivity throughout the staging process.

Hiring, scheduling and supervising movers and installers for stagings.

Working directly with vendors and other designers to select luxury furnishings and other décor items for our growing inventory.

Assisting with the moving and transit of furnishings back and forth from warehouse to properties. Ensuring company inventory is protected at all points in the process.

Finishing projects within strict deadlines and under budget.

Coordinating return and restocking of items back to warehouse.

Maintaining the organization of items in the warehouse, including documenting inventory and prepping materials for transit to staged properties.

Handling multiple tasks in various locations while demonstrating professionalism and flexibility given changing business needs.
