We are a small family-owned water mitigation and reconstruction company. You do not need to have experience in this field to apply. You will only be in the office setting, mostly doing client scheduling and giving pre-written updates from the owner/ office manager.

DAILY:

- Check emails & Phone Messages & Respond

- Answer Incoming Calls

- Tidying up office

- Documenting details in our computer system and files from customers

- Open to new duties as assigned if needed.

AS NEEDED:

- invoicing customers

- Setting up of new customers

- Updating customer information upon request

- Collection of past-due accounts

- Running credit cards for payments, emailing receipts

- sending out estimates

- Send out returns

You will report to Kate, the office manager, and get new tasks daily.

This is a part-time Monday - Friday position. (10 am - 2 pm or something like that, we are flexible for hours).

Pay: $16 - 18 DOE (hourly with weekly pay)
