Poultry Processor

Carnation Farms is seeking hardworking, detail-oriented people to join our poultry processing team. We process our own pastured poultry as well as birds for other farmers and homesteaders. The position requires working on your feet all day. Each week we will be dispatching, scalding, plucking, eviscerating, cleaning, packaging, and labeling chickens and turkey and we also work with ducks, geese, and rabbits.

Our processing facility is inspected and licensed under the WSDA and is Certified Organic.

A successful candidate should possess active listening skills, the ability to problem-solve, be self-motivated, and have good critical thinking skills.

The position is 4 days a week and averages 32 hours per week.
