Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Tech is needed for 5 apartment communities. 121 units' total

Requirements: 2+ years of on apartment maintenance experience,

Maintains a positive relationship with residents and follow associates to ensure excellent customer service.

Knowledge and experience of aspects of maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, and minor remodeling

keeping up properties, turning units, scheduling etc.,

Able to prioritize and work in a timely and efficient manner

Provide own tools, vehicle and valid driver's license, Spanish speaking is a plus

Able to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and are physically agile

Have a smartphone, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance

Able to pass a criminal background check
