Apartment Maintenance Technician (Tacoma)

Property Management Company seeking a part time Maintenance Technician at an apartment community located in Tacoma, WA.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

Assist Maintenance Supervisor in all areas of maintenance on the property

Maintain property and units in good condition

Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed

Requirements:

Professional appearance

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer/technology skills

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation

Maintenance Requirements:

O7B Trainee License (Provided by company)

Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):

AppFolio

Microsoft Teams
