Apartment Maintenance Supervisor (Olympia)

Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor at an apartment community located in Olympia, WA.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance staff

Maintain property and units in good condition

Maintain a preventative maintenance program

Perform physical labor and custodial duties as needed

Troubleshoot and make repairs of items in the following areas: Appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.

Requirements:

Professional appearance

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Basic computer/technology skills

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation

Maintenance Requirements:

O7B Trainee License (Provided by company)

Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.

Software Programs Utilized (Experience preferred, not required):

AppFolio
