FT/PT Status: Full Time

Shift: Night

Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr

United Salad of Washington is seeking motivated Warehouse Order Selectors to join our team!

This is a warehouse position responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling product using Vocollect technology, palletizing product as it is selected to build customer orders and delivering product to the dock in a safe and efficient manner.

This position requires working some variable shift lengths to ensure all orders are accurately selected and loaded. Overtime hours are required in order to successfully fill customers' orders. The position requires working in a cold, refrigerated environment.

Bonus Structure:

New hire bonus $1,000

Referral bonus $1,000

Job Responsibilities:

-Fill orders accurately by selecting product from warehouse

-Verifying quantity and condition of product using voice picking

-Palletizing product using proper selecting procedures; shrink wrap product

-Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to move product

-Prepare merchandise for loading trucks

-Follows company preferred work standards at all times

-Follow sanitation requirements set by FDSA

-Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment including electric pallet jack, Vocollect

Job Qualifications:

-18+ years of age

-Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment

-Be able to lift between 40-70 pounds repeatedly

-Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift

-Work in a chilled/wet environment between 34o - 55 o

-Able to meet or exceed established cases per error goals

-Able to pass pre-employment testing, including THC (Drug Screen)

-Preference is given to applicants with six months of experience working in a warehouse environment, general labor or using powered industrial equipment (i.e., electric pallet jack).
