Dental Office Receptionist

North Seattle Endodontic practice is seeking a full time, dependable, enthusiastic and efficient patient care coordinator. Duties include: Greeting and welcoming patients, manage communications with patients, prepare patients' files, schedule and confirm appointments, insurance verification/ E-claims. Candidate should have an exceptional attention to details and work well independently. Ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and willingness to help throughout office when needed. Dental experience is required and we will further train you as needed to meet our office expectations.
