Housekeeping/Porter part time Belltown

Luxury Condominium in Belltown looking for a Part time Housekeeper/Porter to join our dedicated team!

This is a permanent position (Weekends/Saturday and Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm) Competitive wage, free parking!

Job duties include keeping the common areas of the Condominium clean, and occasional cleaning of guest suites, which means making beds, vacuuming, and dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and doing laundry.

Position Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalency

Ability to understand and follow directions. Must be able to communicate in English (read, write, and speak)

Ability to work independently, organized with attention to detail

Perform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, polishing stainless steel, straightening of furniture, removal of waste, etc.

Ability to work well with others in a cheerful and professional manner.

Sensitive to the needs and concerns of Residents and co-workers

Previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required

Additional shifts for Holidays and vacation coverage will also be available.
