POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Bartender at Mill Creek Country Club, you will serve members and guests in a friendly, sincere manner

and you will interact with members and guests to ensure they have an outstanding experience every time! You will also be responsible for preparing all beverages, to standard, for guests seated in the establishment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product–

Deliver a product which is driven by quality, value and excellence.

Provide exceptional service to our guests.

Greets guests upon arrival in an energetic and friendly fashion.

Take a proactive approach to meeting the needs of members, their guests and fellow team members.

Take food and beverage orders from members and/or waiters/waitresses.

Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.

Provide service of beer, wine, liquor drinks and non-alcoholic beverages to all restaurant, bar and event patrons.

Maintain a presentable and organized bar that is both attractive and functional for bartenders and serving staff alike.

Prepare fruit for garnishing drinks

Ensure cleanliness in the bar area to include but not limited to: tabletops, chairs, displays and related areas.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Able to work well under pressure and balance multiple priorities and assignments

Must be adaptable to change, flexible, and empathetic

Must be highly customer oriented and responsive

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is expected

Must possess a Food Handler’s Card.

Must possess a Class 12 MAST Card.

Must be 21 years or older.

Have the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.

Lift, reach, bend, twist, push, pull, squat, grasp and use

arm-hand coordination on a consistent basis.

Have the stamina to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time.

Have the ability to work weekends and holidays, mornings and

evenings as business demands.
