Responsible for digital, OSB, ATG andotherwise someone to come in and pick that up.ROLE #1 Technical Requirements: (more on the PM side) Agile PM | Scrum PM- Urgent: project that is currently in flight for OMS, data integration team, undergoing and tryingto ramp before peak migration and integration and moving from OSB to Kafka. A large portion ofthat is Kafka related, PM just put in his two weeks.- Nature: intense project, a lot of partners to rangle and coordinate. Crisp and clearcommunication, knows how to keep people well involved and in check. Definitive timeline, all inprogress now, working on multiple points of this integration.- strong experience in Agile and Coaching, moving toward ScrumMasters in the delivery team butit is more project management now.- There is a Program Manager supporting this (quite aggressive in nature, handling with intenseand stressful situations would be great for this one) pressure to delivery this work.- End of October, everything migrated off OSB by October, helping the team to drive completion.- Agile: someone who can run those scrum meetings- Consultant type? Rather shy away from consulting, more someone who can execute(opportunity to extend beyond that 6 month contract for sure) scope is being defined.- TECH: experience within data integrations? Migrations? Would be a , this person had thatexperience and technical experience to lead those teams if you were to run into a blocker. Notjust held to their own way of solution.- PMing: Status updated, Driving toward, dates. Vendor coordination and all those things- Budget: Yes, time and attendance, budget tracker for updating a forecast as well. Not asdetailed because there is a program manager who can led.- Leveling: Senior role, yeah I would say that, focus on project in nature, high vis for sure.Supposed to complete this last year, size and volume, the mandate is completing by Octoberbefore Q4 peak, high pressure high stress project.Time zone: flexible, has to be able to work in 9-5pm PDT time frame because of the nature of thisproject it would be a little flex outside those hours. OT pay though!Questions: Leading scrum meetingsNOTE: strong BA, Program Manager as well, support to assure there is a strong handover.ROLE #2: Omni International, Omni program Austrailia and UKBackfilling that role with another contractorTechnical:- Launching into code, for omni-channel (OMS, shipping from store) that program is running andlaunching from that. All that launching from those international websiteshould be bias to theguest, but from the backend (they don't know ship from there)- End to end testing, UAT testing, working within that digital international space, coordating code,someone who can supporting across multiple stakeholders. - Keeping the momentum going, working to wrap up that technical launch.- Operation watch will start and each store will keep going.- Good communication, status reports, communicating across groups, lining finance and UAT andthings, supporting that operational launch as well.- Austrailia and UK needing that flex (earlier PDT for UK) late for Austrailia- Nearing the tail end of this things as well. (strong from Program Manager) roadmap, newmarkets and things all to be confirmed.- Agile/Scrum/PM, running those ceremonies- Budget as well, time and attendance and things as well- Status updates as well- Retail/eCommerce? That would be ideal otherwise strong with backend projects would begreat. Technical component to it for sure but a lot more business ties. qualifications:- Experience level: Experienced
