location: Seattle, Washington

job type: Contract

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Lululemon Intake Call for Erica Mckinnon 6.13

Summary of the team: OSB, migrating everything off that. Responsible for digital, OSB, ATG and

otherwise someone to come in and pick that up.

ROLE #1 Technical Requirements: (more on the PM side) Agile PM | Scrum PM

- Urgent: project that is currently in flight for OMS, data integration team, undergoing and trying

to ramp before peak migration and integration and moving from OSB to Kafka. A large portion of

that is Kafka related, PM just put in his two weeks.

- Nature: intense project, a lot of partners to rangle and coordinate. Crisp and clear

communication, knows how to keep people well involved and in check. Definitive timeline, all in

progress now, working on multiple points of this integration.

- strong experience in Agile and Coaching, moving toward ScrumMasters in the delivery team but

it is more project management now.

- There is a Program Manager supporting this (quite aggressive in nature, handling with intense

and stressful situations would be great for this one) pressure to delivery this work.

- End of October, everything migrated off OSB by October, helping the team to drive completion.

- Agile: someone who can run those scrum meetings

- Consultant type? Rather shy away from consulting, more someone who can execute

(opportunity to extend beyond that 6 month contract for sure) scope is being defined.

- TECH: experience within data integrations? Migrations? Would be a , this person had that

experience and technical experience to lead those teams if you were to run into a blocker. Not

just held to their own way of solution.

- PMing: Status updated, Driving toward, dates. Vendor coordination and all those things

- Budget: Yes, time and attendance, budget tracker for updating a forecast as well. Not as

detailed because there is a program manager who can led.

- Leveling: Senior role, yeah I would say that, focus on project in nature, high vis for sure.

Supposed to complete this last year, size and volume, the mandate is completing by October

before Q4 peak, high pressure high stress project.

Time zone: flexible, has to be able to work in 9-5pm PDT time frame because of the nature of this

project it would be a little flex outside those hours. OT pay though!

Questions: Leading scrum meetings

NOTE: strong BA, Program Manager as well, support to assure there is a strong handover.

ROLE #2: Omni International, Omni program Austrailia and UK

Backfilling that role with another contractor

Technical:

- Launching into code, for omni-channel (OMS, shipping from store) that program is running and

launching from that. All that launching from those international websiteshould be bias to the

guest, but from the backend (they don't know ship from there)

- End to end testing, UAT testing, working within that digital international space, coordating code,

someone who can supporting across multiple stakeholders.

- Keeping the momentum going, working to wrap up that technical launch.

- Operation watch will start and each store will keep going.

- Good communication, status reports, communicating across groups, lining finance and UAT and

things, supporting that operational launch as well.

- Austrailia and UK needing that flex (earlier PDT for UK) late for Austrailia

- Nearing the tail end of this things as well. (strong from Program Manager) roadmap, new

markets and things all to be confirmed.

- Agile/Scrum/PM, running those ceremonies

- Budget as well, time and attendance and things as well

- Status updates as well

- Retail/eCommerce? That would be ideal otherwise strong with backend projects would be

great. Technical component to it for sure but a lot more business ties.
