Job Description:

Seeking a strong experience Feature Lead-Technology professional, who will provide leadership, technical direction, and oversight to an exciting growing successful Global Technology team delivering technology solutions at Bank of America in Seattle, WA.

Additional Responsibilities: Develops solutions and processes for delivering features based on their knowledge of design/architectural patterns and Agile/DevOps practices. Ensures the systems design and requirements are aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes, and that team practices and coding/quality principles are aligned to achieve the desired technology outcomes. They have built significant experience through multiple software implementations and has developed both depth and breadth in a number of technical competencies. Designs and develops and is accountable for feature delivery. Applies enterprise standards for solution design, coding and quality. Ensures solution meets product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt. Responsible for compliance and security items and audit support at the team level. Acts as a liaison for production activities/issues. Works with Product Owner to ensure that product backlog/requirements are healthy, with clear acceptance criteria. Guides the team on work breakdown and execution.Plays a team lead role (as an individual contributor) and mentors the team. Guides team members with skills and practices (planning & estimation, peer reviews and other engineering practices). Identifies skill and role gaps, and works with Technology Manager to address them. Works with Technology Manager in creating resource contingency plans where required. Individual contributor.

•Knowledge of monitoring and log aggregation solutions such as Splunk, Site Scope etc.

•Communicate status frequently to product teams and engineering program managers.

•Ensures team and associated applications adhere to architecture standards, risk management and security guidelines

•Establishes, maintains, and strictly adhering to access control guidelines put forth by Information Security department

•Support project during LLE and production rollout

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of in depth experience in Identity and Access Management with particular emphasis on Access Management technologies such asSAML, OAuth, , Single Sign On and Application Security.
  • Hands on Experience in Access Management products such asCA SiteMinder, CA Directory (or Other LDAP) Servers,Ping Federate
  • Good experience in Identity Provider and Service Provider initiated federation, SAML SSO and secure token technologies.
  • Experience and working knowledge of PKI infrastructure, Digital Signature, Encryption Algorithms
  • Experience in Shell scripting, Secure shell (SSH) and Linux shell - Jedi master level competency with shell commands and editors like vi / vim
  • Experience in Cross-discipline troubleshooting, Networking, LTM and GTM and firewalls, IP Network addressing and sub-netting, DNS, X.509 certificates and PKI, encryption, digital signatures & TLS
  • Good Understanding of Databases, Java, Web Services, Web Servers(Apache and IIS),WebSphere
  • Experience in deployment and management of access management products across Red Hat and Windows platforms.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills pertaining to Single Sign On,Identity Federation applications.
  • Ability to interact with globally dispersed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to leadin technical aspects pertaining to upgrade and ongoing implementations.
  • Good understanding of Apache, IIS, IBM HTTP Server operation and various possible configurations.

Desired Skills:
  • Authorization and Authentication Modules.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall/Agile Model
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with Splunk, AppDynamics and other monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with Jira, BitBucket (Git based), Jenkins open source Cloudbees, Ansible Tower is a plus
