Description

Our global beverage client needs a business focused Program Marketing Manager to help drive innovation and strategy for their Loyalty Program. This role contributes to the company's success by having an incredible impact to their industry leading loyalty and rewards programs. You will lead design and development of strategic program to engage and retain our most loyal members, bring new and innovative ideas for how to continue to drive growth and optimization of the loyalty program and make sound recommendations leveraging a variety of tools and resources, including customer and partner insights and feedback, data and financial metrics, and cross-functional subject matter expertise.

Requirements

·Progressive experience in strategy consulting, business development, marketing, or program management

·5-7 years experience supporting large-scale program operations, ideally for a digital program with cross-functional intersections

·3-5 or more year(s) of general management experience

·Strong financial acumen

·MBA Preferred

·Loyalty experience preferred
