RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior UX Designer in Seattle, WA.

Summary:The Team is seeking a Senior UX Designer with a real passion for phenomenal user experience design and an exceptional eye for detail. We're looking for a visually articulate Senior UX Designer capable of communicating their ideas through compelling high-fidelity frameworks. You are a natural problem solver with a passion for delivering great design. Coolness under pressure, attention to detail, and the ability to cope with rapid changes is a must. Above all, the role requires an individual who understands the client's high standards and design aesthetic.

The Senior UX Designer will help shepherd ideas from conception to release, advocating for clean and understandable solutions along the whole journey. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you are able to grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to stay highly organized is essential. The Senior UX Designer should be a self-starter, self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have 5-8 years of experience focused on designing UI interfaces for web, including responsive design Experience designing complex solutions is a plus You possess a meticulous eye for detail, and design in an organized and intentional way Work with a cross functional team, partnering with product owners, business analysts and development teams to deliver business value You enjoy working collaboratively within a team and synthesizing feedback from your peers You have experience creating, managing, and documenting design systems and libraries You are highly professional, with the ability to deliver high quality work on a tight schedule You are highly proficient in Sketch You are familiar with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices You are flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project An understanding of how to apply Apple's design aesthetic and user interactions Highly skilled in Sketch, Figma, Zeplin and other design tool
