We are helping our client with their search for a

UX Designer.

Duration - 6-12 months. Potential for extensions

Location - Greater Seattle Area, WA; Onsite.Work sponsorship is not available at this timeNo C2C ApplicantsCompile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

Requirements:
  • Meet with client and internal resources to gather UX Requirements
  • Develop draft wireframes based on requirements
  • Meet with internal resources and client to gather feed back on draft wireframes
  • Update wireframes based on feedback
  • Provide annotations and notes to functional team
  • Review functional specifications as needed

Creative:
  • Develop creative comps using previously developed style guides, colors, and fonts
  • Publish creatives to InVision (or some like tool) for review and capturing feedback internally and with client

User Testing
  • Meet with client to gather Usability Testing goals and requirements. (defining items to be tested and by which persona)
  • Develop moderators guide; review with client and update
  • Develop clickable prototypes based on the test steps in the moderators guide
  • Moderate user testing sessions
  • Review and collect user testing notes and develop a report with recommended UI changes.
  • Develop, conduct, and document results for remote testing using client provided user testing tool

ADA Compliance
  • Experience with resolving ADA Compliance issues

Tools
  • Adobe XD - wireframing tool (open to others)
  • TryMyUI - remote user testing
  • MS Office

Other Tools Needed
  • Prototyping tools - have used InVision in the past, but open to other options
  • Usability Recording tools - used Zoom in the past, but open to other options

Assumptions
  • Style guides have been developed and approved
  • Personas have been defined by the Client
  • ADA Compliance Level is WCAG 2.0
  • Client will be responsible for user testing recruitment
  • Client will be responsible for procuring remote user testing software

Additional Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience (8 preferred)
  • Experience in both Designing and Wireframiing
  • Experience across multiple industries
  • Has worked in product development
  • Adept at handling complex business requirements
  • Willing to research multiple solutions
