- Bachelor's degree in an information technology field with an emphasis on software development and system administration support.
- 4 years of full-time web development experience using Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, web services, Bootstrap, Angular,and the principles of responsive design.
- 2 years of experience in web UI/UX design of internet facing web application for public access.
- 4 years Experience with ASP.NET, C#, and MSSQL.
- 1 Year Experience with a version control/documentation system such as Git or TFS.
- 1 Year Experience with SEO, Systems Administration, and graphics design.
- 1 Year experience with Content Management Systems - WordPress, Drupal
- Design and develop a fully functioning website for client that utilizes a Content Management System such as WordPress, Drupal,
- Analyze, design, develop, code, test user-facing features for applications accessible to staff and clients with disabilities using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Build the website template design for the client website for the best user experience, responsiveness, and accessibility. This will include working with a contracted User Experience Design Consultant, specialized in user experience and interaction design capabilities, to create an accessible, intuitive, and human centered user experience.
- Define UI design standards for look and feel, usability, and user experience for new agency applications. This work will be in collaboration with a contracted User Experience Design Consultant.
- Install, configure, update, and manage a Content Management System such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc. that will be used by business users to enter content into websites.
- Manage security permissions to grant access to users of the Content Management System.
- Resolve software interface and interoperability problems.
- Manage and configure web IIS or Linux servers including access management, log analysis, and performance optimization.
- Write and maintain documentation for applications, interfaces, and architecture.
- Document data and information in ways that make the information most useful for subsequent assessment, analysis, and investigation.
- Collaborate on the client Beneficiary Portal to create a smooth transition between the client website and the client portal. Create a look and feel for both that provides familiarity and ease of use for the user.
- Collaborate with Project Team on the design of both the client website and Beneficiary Portal.
