Our non-profit healthcare client is looking for an email marketing / CRM manager! The client is open to contract-to-hire candidates and candidates who are only seeking FTE roles.

In this role you will:- develop and execute direct marketing campaigns - list selection, sourcing digital content, creating emails (writing, designing, coding)- writing + deploying SMS campaigns and direct mailers- analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and report to key stakeholders

The ideal email marketing specialist will have:- 4+ years of similar experience w/email + CRMs- email marketing experience- experience in strategic + tactile roles marketing / automation roles- experience creating emails from start-to-finish (list selection, designing, deploying, analytics)- experience with bigger email platforms (Eloqua, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Exact Target, Responsys, etc.)- experience with large email programs (510+ emails per week, triggered / drip campaigns, large lists - at least 1MM)- experience with complex email journeys- experience with Google Analytics

Bonus, but not required: - an understanding of compliance for CRM in the healthcare space OR other industries that are highly regulated (they are willing to train if you do not have this)- they have also found candidates with similar experience in the retail / eCommerce space to be a good fit

This role may eventually be partially onsite in Renton, but they are open to fully remote candidates, too.
