- Administrate, Monitor, Customize, Install and Provide support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365, 2016
- Implement software and hardware components for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Diagnose and resolve technical Microsoft Dynamics CRM issues
- Advice System Admin/End-users with customization, Security roles, Solutions, Web resources, Workflows, BFP, ribbon customizations etc
- Invoice in CRM data Migration (Import Wizard, Dynamics to CRM adapter and Scribe)
- Understand the client requirements and providing solutions accordingly.
- Power Platform knowledge on Azure and development skills
- Experience in Develop, customize, and continually manage all aspects of the MS CRM application
- Experience with CRM Cloud
- Experience in Disaster Recovery testing and documentation
