Responsibilities: A Support Engineer 1 acts as primary response for technical support Provides entry level support primarily for end users, along with developers and corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media (excluding public, electronic services) The Support Engineer 1 provides support for more complex products under general supervision Communicates with customers who possess a wide range of skill levels At a peer level, communicates problems to development and other internal organizations

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer science preferred but not required 1+ years of experience in programming and technical support Computer background and programming knowledge Quality of work, customer satisfaction, behavior, and cases day to day Good communication Growing mindset and good attitude
