RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is seeking a Support Engineer 3. This role is responsible for providing quality support for Azure Active Directory with a high degree of customer satisfaction, and will be providing responsive and reliable technical solutions and information to customers.

Responsibilities: In this role, the Support Engineer 3 will represent the company and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding finding solutions for technically complex problems identified in company products Solve highly complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product specialty; that may include support of additional product line The Support Engineer 3 is responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with these customers and thoroughly documenting their cases Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues Collaborate with Tech Leads and escalation resources when appropriate Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers As a Support Engineer 3, you will consistently share best practices with team members

REQUIREMENTS: Azure certifications nice to have 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering Microsoftx Windows 2012, Windows 2016, and Windows 2019 Servers 3+ years of technical support, technical consulting experience Azure Administrator/Azure Active Directory hands on troubleshooting experience Hands-on experience on Azure Active Directory components like AADConnect, Azure AD Domain Services, B2B, B2C, MFA etc. Good understanding and hands-on on ADFS or other federation technologies In-depth understanding and experience on Windows Active Directory Services (including ADS, Group Policies, FSMO Roles, DNS Zones, Replication, PKI, Migration etc.), knowledge of Authentication protocols Knowledge and experience of other cloud technologies like O365, Exchange Online, Intune Good English Communication Skills - Spoken and Written (including technical writing) Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer Service skills and effective learning skills Good Azure Active Directory (else Windows Active Directory) foundations Background in Microsoft products and technologies Good to have: SQL, AWS or GCP knowledge
