RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Producer in Redmond, Washington (WA).

Responsibilities include: A Producer will plan and manage localization schedules and assets, collaborate cross-functionally with our internal/external partners to define requirements, and manage timelines to ensure on time deliveries of all assets with highest quality standards Provide full visibility on localization status to the team via weekly status update The Producer will help design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks in collaboration with our development and localization teams Support initiatives to foster innovation by analyzing current pain points in workflows and tools and actively provide recommendations for sustainable solutions A Producer will make independent decisions while assessing risks and work well under pressure, in the face of ambiguity and aggressive deadlines, but know when to escalate and seek guidance

REQUIREMENTS: 1+ years of experience working in production and project management Experience with Source Control software such as Perforce Strong Microsoft Excel skills Skilled with basic software programs and the ability to learn new ones quickly Strong written and verbal communication skills
