- Being a font end developer, expert in html, CSS and JavaScript/Typescript is a given
- Mobile development focus – building native apps for iOS and Android. Good web experience in SPAs will also be equally considered.
- Different devices/form factors - responsive web design and that too mobile first. Good grasp of how layouts are built is a must.
- Attention to detail - creating polished pixel perfect UI
- JavaScript framework/library - React and React native
- Another must have skill is the ability to test code
- May not know everything but is eager to learn and acquire in-depth knowledge
- Follow guidelines and coding patterns to produce consistent results
- Becomes more and more independent with each iteration
- Clear communication on the progress of work
- Do what is right for the product in the long term, not a quick hack to get things working/passing
