- Excellent bug writing, and auditing skills. Must be comfortable overseeing bugs for junior testers.
- Experience writing test passes and developing test procedures
- Testing experience with PC hardware, or Multiplayer networking.
- Experience leading test passes, and managing results from multiple testers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Ability to track and visualize data to produce helpful visual aids.
- Very comfortable sending reports related to Shields activities.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Leadership skills to assist managing a team of testers towards a unified goal.
- Mentoring abilities to help encourage employee growth.
- Ability to asses strengths and weaknesses, and convey them in a constructive way.
- Ability to mediate disputes, and help teammates with problems as they arise.
- Calm demeanor to cultivate an open environment, and encourage tester communication.
- Lead presentations of the lab to external clients and guests.
- Equally able to communicate through writing.
- Talk on-the-fly with contacts from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
- Can write reports, informative topics, or write-ups to answer specific questions under tight deadlines.
- After researching a topic, can provide written documentation about the topic.
- Able to provide detailed and constructive advice to junior test management regarding their written reports
- Proactive attitude towards workable to set your own tasks and work independently.

- Project Lead Experience on a title PC Title
