The purpose of this position is to provide support to project management and administration for third-party certification projects from inception through completion. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of project work related to sustainability and wellness building certification projects. We are looking for qualified candidates nationwide as this position requires a highly motivated individual who is comfortable working independently. The position will work remotely.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAudits, solicits and provides reporting on Project Management key performance indicators.

Creates and maintains project policies and directives within the project operations manual.

Function as systems administrators of internet-based project tracking system, project websites and job cost accounting system.

Respond to internal and external customer inquiries concerning performance reports and project tracking system data.

Assist project management executives in the implementation of and monitoring the adherence to project administrative practices and policies.

Provide internal and external customer training on PM application.

Assist project team in project close-out procedures.

Serve as project team liaison to I/T Coordinator on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.

Train new administrative assistants and temporary employees on project policies and administration.

Prepare routine and special client reports as required.

Identify strategies and solutions for clients that improve the performance and sustainability of the built environment, develop a project-appropriate sustainability and/or health and wellbeing strategies.

Evaluate, track and report status of LEED, WELL, and other third-party certification projects, and manage documentation including reviewer comments. Complete tasks based on project schedule and project plan allowing for quality control and feedback to be completed.

Communicate sustainability requirements and obligations to other team members, both internal and external. Interface directly with clients to report ongoing project status and next steps.

Review project documents for compliance with certification requirements.

Manage and analyze environmental performance data including energy, water, and waste utility consumption and costs; benchmark performance; and monitor and interpret performance trends.

Independently manage your time to stay on track with billable activities, within project budgets and time allocations, and project prioritizations.

Exercise judgement and self-prioritize assignments daily, identifying and communicating issues before they become problems.

Develop strong relationships among staff through superior written and verbal communications strategies. Develop relationships with client contacts, such as property teams and asset managers.

Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

Support client deliverable processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Function as a highly productive team member in interdisciplinary groups that include technical and non-technical staff.

Support identification and coordination of ESG projects and initiatives at property and portfolio levels. Examples include energy and water efficiency technology deployment, implementation of operational best practices, and strategic outreach/messaging campaigns.

Minimum of 2 years project-administrative, database management and/or performance reporting experience or any similar combination of education and experience.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESLEED Green Associate or Accredited Professional strongly preferredCOMMUNICATION SKILLSExcellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGERequires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions.
