- Primary technical support of desktop and laptop computers
- Mobile IT Device Management
- Microsoft System Service Center administration and support
- Rotating duty as Service Desk Point of Contact
- Lifecycle management of agency inventory of desktop and laptop computers.
- 4 years desktop support experience including hard drives, video and network adapters and disparate network configurations. Experience must be in an enterprise environment of 100 workstations or more.
- 4 years of experience maintaining, troubleshooting MS Office 2013 or newer and Windows 7 or newer operating systems.
- 4 years of experience configuring mobile device management systems including the following functionality: security, updating, application management, and process development. Also, experience troubleshooting Android and Apple devices.
- Must pass fingerprint and background check due to exposure to law enforcement and sensitive data.

- MCSE Mobility.
