Building Maintenance Supervisor

Building maintenance supervisor needed to oversee a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings and the people employed to service these facilities.

Full-time standard business hours are the norm, however, requires on-call emergency response.

Position involves traveling between various local locations.

Responsibilities include creating schedules, overseeing staff and third parties, responding to client requests, development and implementation of capital improvements and repair plans, record keeping, and maintaining building safety and security compliance. Coordinate lawn care, janitorial, snow removal, building maintenance, contractors and subcontractors while maintaining client comfort level/service.
