Participants & Partnerships Manager

Q Analysts is seeking a Participants and Partnerships Manager to join our Ground Truth (GT) Team in Kirkland, WA. The focus of the GT department is on ground truth data collection studies to capture various types of data relating to humans, speech, and spaces to enable quality Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. A successful Participant and Partnership Manager will possess an ability to think strategically, explore conventional and unconventional options and deliver innovative strategies to recruit participants for our various ground truth data collection initiatives. The Participants and Partnerships Manager responsibilities include using various channels to generate and convert leads and build relationships with local businesses and organizations with the goal of driving participant traffic to our database. The long-term goal is to build a robust network of partners, organizations, events, and relationships to support the success of every Ground Truth project. • Collaborate cross functionally with the Ground Truth and Participant Recruiting Team on strategies to grow and engage the participant database
• Collaborate cross functionally with the marketing and social media department to determine strategy and create collateral for various projects.
• Generate relationships in-person, on phone, on social media and through professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Develop strong and ongoing relationships with local businesses, institutions, and organizations for current and future project needs.
• Identify financial win-win solutions by negotiating with local businesses, institutions, and organizations.
• Set up and manage kiosks at events and partner sites
• Train Ground Truth data collection staff in high traffic locations on best practices for in person recruiting
• Create and maintain a local, national, and international database of contacts based on market segmentation.
• Stay up to date with local events, marketing, and technology trends.
• Play an active role in creating the participant recruitment infrastructure including an engagement platform, tooling, and repeatable strategy.

• Proven work experience in lead generation, B2B marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience hosting events and meetings.
• Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Ability to strategize and think out of the box.
• Willingness to pound the pavement to generate and convert leads.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Understanding of social media engagement strategy
• Familiar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR/MR.
